First of all…

There are OPTIONS… there are SOLUTIONS… to help you overcome your ED!

What’s the Problem?!!!!
Getting a state-of-the-art penile ultrasound can determine the problem!

  • You may not be getting enough blood into the penis (an INFLOW problem)…
  • Or you may be leaking too much blood out of the penis (an OUTFLOW problem)…
  • Or you may have both issues!
Based on the results of your ultrasound,
MDforMen can recommend the treatment that bests suits…
how you want to have sex and be intimate with your partner!

Penile implants

Men can have penile implants, just like women can have breast implants!!

It is truly “transformational”… allowing men to have a rock-hard erection when they want for as long as they want!

You can feel complete and whole as a man again!
It is a long-term solution to an INFLOW or an OUTFLOW problem!!

This outpatient 45-minute procedure is a long-term solution that removes the ongoing costs and side effects of medications and the inconvenience of injections and the lack of spontaneity of a “suction” device.

It has 3 parts:
  1. A balloon filled with salt water that hides behind the pubic bone
  2. Two cylinders that are sized to fit your specific length are placed in the top two chambers of the penis.
  3. A pump sits in the scrotum next to the testicles and controls when and for how long the penis is “rock-hard.”
Suction Pump
Also known as a vacuum erection device, this hollow tube has a hand-powered or battery-powered pump. The tube is placed over your penis, and then the pump is used to “suck” out the air inside the tube. This creates a vacuum that pulls blood into your penis. Once you get an erection, you slip a “constriction ring” around the base of your penis to hold in the blood and keep it firm. You then remove the vacuum device.

Advantages: This works great for penile rehabilitation after a prostate cancer surgery, in preparing for a penile implant to maximize length and for couples who don’t mind all the “hardware.”
Disadvantages: Getting the “suction device” up and running can often kill the mood and can make the penis cool, slightly blue and a little numb.

Penile Injections

Injecting one to three different medications into the penis with a needle can deliver the medications needed to open up the blood vessels to increase the inflow!
This option doesn’t work well if you have an outflow problem or don’t like sticking a needle in your penis every time you have sex. With that said, it does work well for some guys!
Warning: Overdosing can lead to a priapism or an erection that lasts more than 4 hours and may need surgery to fix and you have the risk of losing your erections!

Medication

Erectile dysfunction pills are the best known and most widely used of all erectile dysfunction treatments. There are three major drugs in this class: Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra.

All three pills work by increasing blood flow to the penis.

Oral medications require sexual stimulation for an erection to occur. The differences between the three most popular pills—Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra—are minor, and mostly have to do with how long the pills take to work, and how long the effect lasts for.

Most users take a pill 15 to 30 minutes before it will take effect. While Viagra and Levitra last for a few hours, Cialis can last for up to three days. How often you are allowed to take erectile dysfunction pills will depend on which drug you are using and your personal health. It is highly recommended that you get your first prescription from a doctor who has conducted a complete physical and is familiar with your overall health.
